Wunderhorse – Midas, Vinyl LP

Experience the raw energy and electrifying sound of Wunderhorse with Midas, the critically acclaimed sophomore album from one of Britain's most exciting alternative rock bands!

British alternative rock band Wunderhorse delivers a powerful and emotionally charged listening experience with Midas, their highly anticipated second studio album, released in 2024. Led by singer-songwriter Jacob Slater, Wunderhorse combines gritty guitar riffs, haunting melodies, and deeply personal lyrics to create a sound that captures the spirit of classic '90s alternative rock while establishing a distinctive modern identity.

Following the success of their debut album Cub, Wunderhorse takes their songwriting and musicianship to new heights with Midas. Recorded with acclaimed producer Craig Silvey, the album embraces a raw, live-band atmosphere, allowing the group's dynamic performances and emotional intensity to shine through.

Featuring standout tracks such as "Midas," "July," "Silver," and "Rain," the album showcases Wunderhorse's ability to blend explosive guitar-driven rock with introspective songwriting and memorable melodies.

Drawing comparisons to influential alternative rock artists such as Nirvana, Radiohead, and The Smashing Pumpkins, Wunderhorse delivers a refreshing combination of grunge-inspired intensity, indie rock authenticity, and timeless songwriting.

Available on Vinyl LP, Midas is an essential addition for fans of British alternative rock, indie music, and guitar-driven rock albums.
