The first time I dropped the needle on Led Zeppelin IV and heard “Black Dog,” the hairs on my arms stood up. Jimmy Page’s guitar absolutely blew me away—and from that moment on, every time I got paid, I’d head straight to Disco-Mat to pick up another record. That spark ignited a passion for vinyl that’s stayed with me for over 50 years.
I grew up in New York and started collecting records at just 15 years old. Music wasn’t just something I listened to—it became part of who I am. I played guitar for the love of it, attended countless rock concerts, and even minored in music in college. Along the way, I was heavily inspired by guitar legends like Jimmy Page, Michael Schenker, and Joe Satriani.
Over the years, I also developed a deep appreciation for unique and collectible vinyl—especially rock picture discs, which remain one of my favorite things to collect.
My name is Tony, and after retiring in December 2023 from a 40-year career in both the public and private sectors, I found myself asking a simple question: what’s next? A few years earlier, my wife had given me a new turntable, rekindling my love for vinyl. As I looked over my collection, the answer became clear—why not share this passion with others?
In February 2024, I tested the waters by selling records from my home in South Florida under the name Satrisell on eBay. The response was immediate and exciting. Encouraged by that success, I took the next step—launching Satrisell Vinyl in April 2024. Shortly after, I built this website to create a place where music lovers can find both new and classic vinyl at fair, affordable prices—shipped directly from my home to yours.
What sets Satrisell Vinyl apart from other resellers is simple: this isn’t just a business—it’s a lifelong passion. Every record I offer is backed by decades of personal experience as a collector, musician, and fan. I don’t just sell vinyl—I understand it, I’ve lived it, and I care about helping others find records that truly mean something to them.
Today, Satrisell Vinyl continues to grow beyond just this site. I also offer new vinyl on Amazon and host live shows on Whatnot, where I sell used records and connect directly with fellow collectors.
